Willis Tucker Off Leash Area - Everett, WA

As a dog of the world, at least in my mind, I enjoy taking in the sights of dog parks all over the place. My favorite place to run and play so far is the Willis Tucker Off Leash Area in Everett, Washington. This park has three off leash areas for us to enjoy.

Once construction on a new parking lot is completed, there will be an entrance closer to the off leash area. Right now, there is a temporary entrance that takes us for a walk through the trees. This path is made up mostly of dirt and gravel, which makes for a rough and dirty walk at times.

After the walk, we reach the three off leash areas. The largest one is a wide open area with trees, grassy, patches, and dirt spots. While we are out playing, you humans can sit on upturned trees and take a break. There is even an agility course with jumps and weaving posts.

The second section is much smaller than the first. This one is designed just for the small and shy dogs out there. This is great for those that tend to get picked on by the bigger dogs. You humans get a nice picnic table to hangout on while your dog plays.

The third section is an off leash trail area! In this section, a primary trail goes around in a circle through the trees. The best part is the , middle, though. Other dogs and humans made little trails and paths for us to play on.

The Tucker Willis Off Leash Area in Everett, Washington, is a home run for any dog and dog lover. The only bad points this park has is the gravel on the temporary entrance path and the dirt/mud. These small issues are far outweighed by all of the amazing good points this park has to offer.

Lowell Park in Everett, WA

Lowell Park is located in Everett, Washington. The park itself is OK, but nothing fancy. Some swings, slide, and such. There is a fenced in tennis court to one side of Lowell Park. On the other side of that fence is the off-leash area.

The entire off-leash area sits on the sides of a giant dirt slope. Considering we are talking about the Seattle area, this dirt slope is usually a muddy mess.

The water situation is atrocious, with the only source being a couple milk jugs filled with water. For the humans , there are only a couple benches to rest on while us dogs play.

To top off the grand tour of the Lowell Park off-leash area, we look at a side strip of some more dirt. Along this little stretch is an odd, little walkway that is raised off the ground. This could be dangerous for us dogs, but especially dangerous for the young humans if they aren't careful.

All in all, the only thing the Lowell Park off-leash area is only good for doggy socializing. Do not go out of your way to come here, though. This is great to kill a few minutes if you live within a few blocks, but for a real fun time, there are many other off-leash areas that you can take your fur-kid to.

I'm on FidoFinder.com

Hi guys. Today I want to tell you about a website that my whole family follows on Twitter. FidoFinder.com is a website that allows you to register when you have lost or found a dog. Besides just posting classified ads that can be searched by postal code to make searching easier, owners can print up posters and get tips on what to do when they lose a dog, and tons of other helpful information humans and dogs alike.

Humans can also register their dogs on FidoFinder.com even when they are safe. My daddy registered me in case I ever get lost; but since I never leave his side, that won't happen. lol. Here is my profile: Sam Dogg on FidoFinder.com. If you are reading this, you should probably ask your human to look into registering. If you are a human, surprise your pet and register him.

Do you guys know of any other sites like this? Maybe we can share them with each other and help save a lot of pets. Oh, and for you cat lovers out there, check out TabbyTracker.com. Same site, but for cats.
